Roof Maintenance
Roof Maintenance is one of the most important parts of making sure your roof lasts as long as it should. Here in the Northwest, one of the main factors is moss growth. While moss can be cleaned by a layman, it is important that it is done correctly - cleaning moss the wrong way can lead to your roof failing prematurely

Will I get new vents and flashing?Yes! We always replace the old vents, edge metal and skylight flashing. Not doing so is kind of like putting your old tires on a brand new car.
-
How long will it take to do my roof? This all depends on the size of your roof. In most cases from start to completion will take 2-3 days.
-
How much money down do I need to pay?We do not require any money down. We will not ask for payment until the roof has had its final inspection and everyone is happy with the work.
-
I have a 30 roof, and it’s only 20 years old. Do I really need a full replacement? Most roofs of that designation will only last 20-25 years in this area. While there are some exceptions, if your 30 year roof is at 20 years old, it’s probably time to start thinking about a replacement.
-
Does my roof need more vents? If more ventilation is required for your sized attic space, the extra vents will be included in the bid that we send you. Every house is different, and ventilation can get a little complicated. Learn more about ventilation here.
